ODILeeds is a purpose built collaborative meeting and workspace that is available to hire. The space is a unique fantastic industrial loft style building with loads of natural light and views across Leeds right in the heart of the city. Perfect for meetings, away days, workshops, training and un-conferences in an independent, relaxed and friendly environment yet kitted out with all the essentials needed to deliver an innovative event.

Availability and Booking
Our largest space surrounded by windows overlooking the City with tables, comfy chairs, breakout standing desks, expanses of wipeable whitewalls, projector, 90" TV screens and PA System perfect for conferences, away days and workshops for up to 100 guests. View a 360° tour of The Gather.
Cosier, yet still with natural light and high ceilings, our private Meeting room seats 12-16 around a collaborative table with 60" TV screen, wipeable whitewalls and Nook privacy pod for breakout sessions. View a 360° tour of The Bothy.
Built around our beautifully restored architect designed Birmingham Central Library desks. The Common is ideal for groups of coworkers, co-creation or for training with up to 36 desks with power and space to spread out. View a 360° tour of The Common.
The Whole Space
Combining all 3 areas makes for a unique event space suitable for larger hack events, collaborative training, innovation labs, co-production events etc for up to 200 people.
All meeting rooms are fully equipped with all of the essentials: AV kit, TVs, projector, microphones, stationery, ergonomic seating, power, superfast free wifi, wipeable whitewalls, desks and natural light. Self service tea, bean to cup coffee, water and biscuits are always available. Locally sourced delicious and competitively priced catering can be provided.
Availability and Booking
As a not for profit, independent organisation, our costs are very competitive and we price match wherever possible. Our friendly and helpful team can cater for most events, from a small team meeting to a corporate conference, product launch, research workshop, group awayday, training and many more. Food and drink are crucial as part of a successful event. Unlimited tea, coffee, water and biscuits are available throughout the day - and we pride ourselves on providing locally sourced, delicious, healthy and plentiful options to meet every budget - no soggy sandwiches or tummies left rumbling here. Vegetarians and vegans are catered for as standard and we can accomodate most other dietary requests. We work closely with local suppliers e.g. Manjits to keep your guests fed and happy. For those events in the evening we have a fully stocked beer fridge for your guests.
